Purchasing online is only while supplies last. In the case that an order is sold out before your order can be placed then Rushmore will reimburse you in full. To keep our products fresh and rotating, Rushmore never reorders the same thing twice. All available sizing is listed online and updated daily to reflect accurate inventory. Products are listed online after customers shopping in store have had a chance to see them. At Rushmore we believe that brick and mortar shopping should never get the back burner, therefore we offer our newest products "in-store only" before putting them online. Because of this, our online selection may not be as abundant as the in-store assortment. If you see something on our social media pages that you like, we are happy to work with you. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Orders over $100 (pre tax) will receive complimentary shipping to the customer or destination. Flat rate shipping charges are $8.40 per every 2 items on average. In the case of a return, customer will not be reimbursed for shipping.
Return Policy For Online & In-store Purchases
Rushmore gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online, by phone or in stores. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt. For a full refund of original payment, a returns must be made (or postmarked in the case of shipping it back) within 14 days of receiving the purchase. All returns made after 14 days will be returned in full to a Rushmore Gift Certificate. Please note that gift certificates cannot be used online at this time. Beauty products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. All personalized or altered items and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged and are considered final sale.
Shipping Back A Return
Returns made online can be mailed to Rushmore for a refund back to the original form of payment. The return must be accompanied by a receipt. We recommend making a copy or taking a picture of the receipt for your records. The package must be post-marked no more than 14 days after the order was delivered to you. All returns made after 14 days must be made in-person, at the store. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

Please allow up to two weeks from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete.

Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your credit in 3-5 business days.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges. However, you can ship it through any major shipping company.

All purchases that shipped to a U.S. address, may be returned to Rushmore within 30 days.
Can I return my in-store purchase through the mail?
Generally no. All in-store purchases must be returned in-store. Although, we aren't evil so please call or email if this just won't work. We are always happy to accommodate.
Can I include multiple orders in the same package?
Yes. Please be sure to include the receipt from each order in the package.
How do I return a gift?
Bring your gift receipt to the store for a refund, in accordance with our policy.
Do you offer price adjustments?
We gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase or mail-order ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
